MIAME/Nutr was developed to extend MIAME for array-based nutrigenomics
experiments. However, there is a first effort in making it a primary
checklists (where the requirements independent from the technology
used). The RSBI NWG is working closely with the MSI biological working
group, for the generation of a new parent document with a generic
specification. |
